Sunday was Canada Day. It wasn't quite as exciting as last year, what with the volunteer party and shinanigans. Last year I woke up the next day with a huge bruise on my hand wondering "what in the heck happened". Then Marijke called to asked my how my hand was what with getting hit by a errant firework and all. Needless to say I was also hungover.
This year we had a more responsible good time. Some of the FFOTA peeps got together for a Frederick Keys game - and we had a skybox! Pretty cool - good view, lots of food and a fridge full of beer. Oh, and the company was good too (Nancy learned all about "range free chicken" and dippin dots). And I got my fireworks fix.
