These are two of a cast of simple line characters I created one day (during a rather boring meeting ;-) ) and have been using in various works. I like the simplicity of color (or lack of) and the idea of the puppy slipping the leash for the day. So Illlustration Friday peeps, here is my submission for "Free".

Amazing what one can to with just black and white. A bold interpretation. I love it.
nice line work and b&w design. I've definitely witnessed the wild freedom of pups who have managed to get loose from their walker's grip. The trailing leash is full of whimsy. (as well nice to know that boring meetings can be a great place for freeing one's creativity)

Very impressed - the action depicted with such simplicity is great! (Perhaps your human figure could wear a hat from your hometown...or have flowing red hair??) Kidding....we luvit!
