Well, it is my last day at DMS and it feels weird. It hasn't really set in yet - probably next week the shock of what I have done will set in. I am really looking forward to my "new life" outside of government work. There's a whole big creative and exciting world out there.
But I will miss some things: my awesome custom office, the constants digs about my age, the mostly inappropriate jokes and comments flying around. This change will be difficult...but through pain is growth (I hope).
So with that I bid goodbye to gang.
PS - Come visit me at the Frederick Festival of the Arts this weekend. I still need volunteers!!!!!
